Deposits
Reservations require a one night deposit on six nights or less. To make a reservation, a deposit of $45.00 is required for the first night’s stay. The remaining balance is due at check-in unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you are unable to honor your reservation, you must cancel
at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date to be eligible for a refund.
All rates are based on occupancy of two adults and one tow rig. Check with the manager for weekly and monthly charge rates for extra persons.
RV space rent includes – taxes, water, sewer, electricity, Wi-Fi, shower, access to coin-operated laundry, and toilet facilities. Copier, fax and telephone are available in the office.
No tents, except when accompanied with an RV. Tents must be set-up in the RV space and remain on the gravel at all times. There will be an additional $10.00 charge per tent.

Check-In – 12 Noon until 7 PM
Check-Out – 11:00 am
Pets – Pets are welcome as long as they are quiet, kept on a leash at ALL times, and are picked up after. Pets are not allowed to be left unattended.
